The Staff

Most of what you see on this site was built by a household team: one lead Claude session that plans the work, and a staff of agents that each take a lane, work in their own copy of the code, and report back. Each one keeps a journal of what it learned, so the lessons from one project carry into the next.

The staff are named after Disney characters, because of course they are.

Highlights
