Description
Save Point is a Claude Code plugin that shows context, cost and the prompt cache at a glance, with an optional Autopilot that helps long sessions end at a good save point.
Features
- The band. Model, effort, context used, cost, the prompt-cache timer and the next message's cost floor, rate limits and tool calls, above the prompt.
- The /hud pane. Context over the session, cost, tokens, limits, tools and files, in tabs.
- Ten retro themes. Hearts, rupees, energy tanks, coins: each theme draws a hero per model and a weapon per effort level, and its world changes as the context fills.
- Autopilot. Optional context notices, a spawn backstop, a compaction guard and effort hints, each switchable on its own.
- Open source. MIT licensed. Every sprite is drawn fresh; the themes are unofficial homages.
